Senior Operator Injection Moulding

That is working as an Senior Injection Molding Operator at Naber Plastics.

You are working on it every day and you are responsible for the entire production park. You use your iPad to read the central operating system and check and manage all machines. You can see which machines need your attention and expertise and you can get started right away. In addition to starting up and operating machines, you also ensure the safety of production employees and optimal output and quality of the products.

We produce 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is therefore important that you are prepared to work in a fully-fledged rotating three-shift system.

Week 1: Night shift from 22:00 to 06:15
Week 2: Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:15
Week 3: Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:15

Our team of operators is taken over by a permanent weekend shift during the weekend, so you do not work during the weekend.

As a Senior Operator, you will start up and operate machines, analyze and solve malfunctions. You also strive for an optimal production process and production output and you ensure quality products. That is why you have an affinity with technology.

you have an education or work experience in a technical direction (MBO 3/4 thinking level); you preferably have experience in the injection molding industry; you are eager to learn, accurate and have a great sense of responsibility; you have a positive image towards your environment and you like to work in a team; you have a good command of the Dutch or English language.

a full-time job in three shifts with an 18.5% shift allowance; the possibility of obtaining the injection molding 1 training with a recognized diploma; direct employment with a view to a permanent contract; career opportunities to a higher level or the technical service; a good salary depending on your knowledge and experience (between €2.800 and €3.800 gross per month, including shift allowance) a pension scheme that is 100% paid by the employer; a pleasant and modern working environment with a close-knit group of colleagues; a beautiful canteen with a delicious lunch on Friday afternoon (12:30 pm) and an always filled fruit bowl.

De technische dienst is een leuk en hecht team, waarin iedereen zijn eigen specialiteit heeft. Ik krijg veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en dat maakt mijn werk leuk.

Als leidinggevende van de productiemedewerkers zorg ik ervoor dat alle producten op een juiste manier verpakt worden. Daarnaast zorgen wij als team voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving. Het pand is super modern, de productiehal is hoog met veel daglicht, dit werkt erg prettig.

Naber Plastics is een dynamisch en flexibel bedrijf waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Het werken met mensen is uitdagend en geeft mij veel voldoening. Ik vind het belangrijk dat er een gezellige werksfeer is, dat draagt bij aan loyaliteit naar elkaar en bevorderd het goede samenwerken.

Het is een complete dagtaak om het hele pand netjes en schoon te houden zodat alle medewerkers met plezier naar hun werkplek kunnen gaan.
Daarnaast is het ook mijn taak om het personeel te voorzien een lunch.

Op vrijdag wordt een uitgebreide lunch verzorgd die varieert van uitsmijters, mosselen, sandwiches, brood met beleg, salades enz. De lunch vereist mijn volle aandacht omdat er in het bedrijf diverse hobby koks werkzaam zijn die het eindresultaat kritisch beoordelen. Er zijn zelfs medewerkers bij die tijdens de voorbereiding en de bereiding daarvan komen kijken of alles wel volgens de juiste voedsel richtlijnen verloopt. Omdat er gewerkt wordt in ploegen en niet iedereen bij de lunch kan zijn, vind ik het belangrijk dat er ook voor de avond- en nachtploegen het een en ander wordt achtergehouden. De boodschappen worden voortaan gelukkig grotendeels aan kantoor bezorgd; dat scheelt weer wat kostbare tijd.

Ik heb het heel goed naar mijn zin bij Naber Plastics. De informele sfeer is prettig en natuurlijk moet er ook gewoon hard gewerkt worden maar dat is geen probleem.
